Why all Diets must fail...

DIETS fail because people do not like to do them. People simply do not do stuff for a long time that does not feel good. Once their weight is acceptable again, people will end any diet that they did not enjoy... >> then they will eat as before the diet & gain the weight again. 

W∞LOSS° is not a DIET, but a STRATEGY!

And our Strategy is SO SMART that You do not need to do any sports AND You will save a lot of TIME because You basically skip breakfast (with a little help to make it easy) and Your first, tasty & rich meal at 10-12 o'clock is prepared & eaten in 10 minutes. And You will be HAPPY afterwards. So happy that You will not want to have any sweets until in the afternoon, when You are allowed to eat Dark Chocolate -- and so much normal food as You want.

You will also feel better, perform better & look (much) better. And soon you will be in total control of your body weight. You will know how it works & You will eat differently – but without hours of cooking, without being hungry & without missing the nice Dinners.

Concerning Weight loss, there are currently still too many misconceptions & not enough understanding of the processes inside our bodies. This is effect of a cloud of (dis)information that is set off by so many, many (contradictory) magazine articles, advertising messages & even books about a topic that mankind does not seem to be able to master. All seem to be serious & all can show examples where somebody lost a lot of weight in a small amount of time.

Later, the same people gain the weight again -- but would never do the same diet again:

○ Because it failed (they gained the weight again later).
○ Because they hated the diet (which is also why it failed).

This leads to chaotic patterns of nutrition & 'dieting' which in turn must lead to superstitions concerning why a specific 'diet' should work, actually has worked and/or failed in the end.

Similar problem with scientific studies: Yes, You can measure how much weight the probands lost in what amount of time while supervising their nutrition & health. But after the study, they will change their eating patterns again. People will gain the same weight again, but the study cannot say why.

Intuition = Holistic Thinking

So concerning 'DIETS', the scientific method of the Materialists obviously failed. As a Holistic Strategist, I work differently:

First I collect all available scientific information while intuitively rating & constantly re-evaluating the pieces' levels of truth & relevance. Depending on the topic, this can be quite a long process. I started developing W∞LOSS° when I was 16 years old or so - basically when I seriously started looking for girls. Doing that, I of course noticed that, while obviously not rating looks too high, a good BMI still seemed to be preferred by the fair gender. Maybe because it shows that a man knows how to treat his body which makes him a more valuable life ally on the one hand & might even mean that he knows how to treat her body.

Then I try to make sense of all the data I have collected (directed by intuition) while constantly checking & re-checking the evolving models with my rational mind. I am often changing my point of view (by changing my thinking inside) when I am handling the different models for holistic solutions that are created during this process.

INTUITION must take the lead >> it shows us the RIGHT direction by letting us 'feel' which one that is. Which aspects are important to look more closely & which ones are not worth to get entangled with.

The rational mind's role is basically to EXPLAIN the intuitive models. Which is always what the rational mind's job is -- and that is also why it is not a good leader. It can explain, give proof & confirm, but it is not CREATIVE. A good leader is a good strategist -- and a good strategist needs to be creative. And needs also to be able to take decisions spontaneously -- and preferably still the RIGHT ones.

This means that the rational mind is usually led by the ego, since the rational mind is easily distracted & the ego is constantly screaming for things it regards as beneficial for improving our situation. But the ego is usually not a good consultant. What benchmark is used by the ego in its evaluation what is beneficial?

It is mostly short-sighted hedonism -- or egoism, as the word suggests. This is logical, since the ego represents a SINGLE point of view. And because of this, I have trained myself to constantly change my points of view inside. And this is also why I have consciously done things myself to beat my own ego down (the little-minded monster). Like begging. Or publishing stuff on LinkedIn many people would be ashamed of (including myself, when I started to post them).

INTUITION is connected to the whole, to the HOLISTIC 'perspective'. The same is true for INSPIRATION that is the basis for all creative Innovation. So the less importance Your ego has in Your own decision-making, the more are You able to think holistically.

This is why picking the right decision or the right thought model needs to be done intuitively. It is not done by focussing on details, but on the Gestalt of the situation instead >> while intuitively comparing it with the profiles of different explanatory thought models.

This is the way the W∞LOSS° Strategy has been developed. Please feel free to put the method to the test as much as You want. In the end You will see that this is this is the best working Weight Loss strategy for Humans. For Males AND Females:

At least in HAMBURG, I did not need to register a trade for this. When I asked, a very nice Lady from the City Regulatory Authority called me & told me that I do not need one, since my trade is a different one (Designer & Strategist) & the primary objective in my case is to distribute the cards, not to earn money.

Rules will differ between cities & countries, but I guess that we can derive a good rule of thumb from this answer. >> If You are planning to make a living from selling the cards, You need to register it as a trade. If You are doing it mostly for the cause of it -- Sharing the best working Weight Loss Strategy for the Good of all Humanity -- then You do not need to register it as a trade.

For the money earned, however, income tax will need to be paid -- just mention the amount that You earned in Your yearly tax declaration. Or You just take all the money and INVEST it into a really nice Dinner with Your Friends & share a newly printed batch of beautiful postcards with them -- while explaining W∞LOSS°. Talking about Money...

Humans are not stingy and/or greedy tightpockets by nature. They are not even Materialists by nature. For Humans, especially if they are not starving or freezing, the respect & sympathy of their peers is in the end far more important than the actual physical wealth.

 

Physical wealth is very relative anyway. I live alone in a normal rented Hamburg flat & except my things at home I do not own much. Still, I am convinced that my life is more luxurious & convenient than that of Louis XIV of France in many, many aspects:

○ I have Raumfeld WIFI speakers everywhere & Spotify gives me access to most pieces of music Humanity has created until today.

○ I can buy almost any kind of food that the planet offers -- all year long.

○ I have central heating and warm water + public healthcare & transportation.

○ I can travel by plane, train or car. I can drive myself or take a taxi.

Amazon is like a Genie that can bring me nearly any imaginable item, even made in China.

○ The internet offers access to any kind of information & disinformation that might or might not be relevant for me.

○ With my ASUS ZenBook & Adobe Creative Cloud + Stock Images, it is made easy for me to be creative with great, rewarding results.

○ While I of course have no servants or staff at home, I also do not miss having any since I have machines for washing & laundering, specialised cleaning products for every special use & a lot of other stuff. I can call also various types of Foodservice to cook for me & I even have a RoboVac ...

The reasons why people today are OBSESSED with money are many. But one of the main problems today is that an obsession for material wealth is expected from most people by their peers.

Press, Online Retail & the Advertising Industry are constantly putting us under pressure to be SMART SHOPPERS and tell us that only stupid people are not. This makes it impossible for most people to be generous, because they do not want to look stupid in the eyes of their peers.

So the first reflex of many people today would automatically be to try to get the card for free. And then to download the E-Book & use the instructions without ever donating.

Product Recommendations

 

In Europe, You can buy excellent organic protein products (e.g. Shape Shake Natural) from Foodspring, but they are not cheap. They also sell L-Carnitin & Chia but there they are also in the higher price tier (You can also buy both items on Amazon). The most price-efficient AND pure Casein product that I know you can buy from MySupps. In the USA, Optimum Nutrition offers a very very similar product. Pure Casein, however, means that it turns out VERY STARCHY. You need to make Your final choice Yourself.

Vitamin supplements are important, especially when You are having more than one 'Protein Muesli' per day as a meal. Highest quality You will get from the US Company Lifeplus and the German company Orthomol, each with different focus and philosophy. Both are not cheap, but using supplements is important to avoid deficiencies and ensure Your wellbeing. Using cheaper alternatives and/or private labels is for sure also okay -- but make sure to NOT use fizzy tablets because these contain artificial sweeteners. Use tablets or capsules that are for swallowing.

One of the biggest problems for most people when losing weight is the question of soft drinks. When following the W∞LOSS° routine, You should drink as much WATER as possible. Water is important for Your kidneys & helps against any feelings of hunger that might come up. But water tastes like nothing. As a soft drink, You can mix 1/4 of Kombucha from the fridge with 3/4 water at room temperature. Kombucha does not have a lot of calories, especially not at that ratio, but it still tastes very well & refreshing! It is also said to have many beneficial effects on Your health. It is not easy to find, which is why I only know Carpe Diem as a brand, but that one is excellent.

A word about Cacao -- we are talking about PURE, Premium Cacao powder WITHOUT any sugar or other additives. So in the supermarket, You will probably find this in the shelves with the baking ingredients. The Dutch brand Bensdorp is a classic manufactures of premium Cacao. However, any other PURE Cacao should be fine, but do not use Cacao mix drink powder for children! The 'Protein Muesli' must stay mostly clean of sugar & may not be combined with any sugary drink.

Smoking tobacco is indeed one of the most stupid things You can do - especially today, as the taxes are very high & the boxes feature ugly pictorial health warnings (it stopped being cool quite some time ago, btw). If Marijuana is legal in Your country/state & You want to use it, then DO NOT MIX IT with Tobacco. Use Marshmallow & other herb mixes instead. The best quality (and in the best packaging) that I know is Real Leaf from Israel. And/or use a Vaporizer (the original is the US brand PAX) - which also functions better if the material is mixed with the fluffy Real Leaf herb mix.
